Information on the processing of personal data
This document describes my obligations and your rights in relation to personal data.
General rules
Your personal data will always be protected by me. Their protection is my primary concern.
2. Use and protection of clients‘ personal data
Based on our client / consultant relationship, I process the following personal data:
name, surname, address, email address, medical records, photo, telephone number (if you provided it).
I can use some data (e.g. IP address, location) in anonymized form for the purpose of creating statistics, analyzes and other professional work, which I can process in the future.
Based on the consent to the processing of your personal data and the attached medical documentation, which you grant when sending the contact form, I use your contact address so that I can contact you and inform you about the news.
You can revoke your consent in any such email you receive from me or by sending a request to info@physionaturalstudio.com.
The administrator of your personal data is a individual person, Anita Šturmová.
The processor of personal data is the operators of server and e-mail services that I use for the purposes of operating my service and ensuring communication between us.
I will process personal data in electronic form in an automated manner or manually based on your requests.
You can change all personal data yourself by contacting me either by email to the email address above, by phone or by re-filling out the contact form stating that the change has occurred.
If you want to delete all your information, write your request to the email:
info@physionaturalstudio.com and your data will be deleted immediately, of which you will be informed by email.

You have the right to submit a complaint with the Data Protection Authority at any time.
4. Since when is the Information Memorandum valid?
This memorandum is valid from th 18th of January 2021.
5. Can the information memorandum change?
I can change the information memorandum because it is necessary to respond to legislative developments, user requirements or other significant circumstances.
I will inform you about the change via your contact email or by phone (if we have a valid consent from you to use it).
